Mike O’Brien leads commercial sales initiatives to meet MarketSource’s revenue and profit goals, including new client acquisition, and the development of growth strategies for key Fortune 500/1000 accounts. Mike also contributes to the Company’s expansion into new B2B segments and services, identifying partnerships that support overall business objectives and developing new services capabilities to maximize the company’s growth potential.
At MarketSource, Mike has developed and grown key technology and telecommunications relationships with AMD, Ricoh, Cisco Systems, Avaya, Nortel Networks, and IBM. Mike’s 29 years in technology sales and marketing includes hardware, application software, and Internet services experience. He has 24 years invested in the development of distribution channels and strategic partnerships at companies such as IBM, Navision Software, and Interland, and is a skilled negotiator and communicator with expertise in hardware and software sales training.
Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management and a Masters of Science in Industrial Management & Organizational Consulting from Purdue University.
