Bill is an entrepreneur, founder and CEO of Xsellense, Inc., an on demand sales and marketing company located in Tolland, CT. Bill brings over 18 years of extensive broad sales and marketing experience in a variety of industries from financial services to technology. Bill’s background includes successful roles in both early-stage and publicly traded organizations as account executive, national sales manager and senior level sales and marketing director where he was responsible for generating over $50 million in annual revenue. He has received numerous leadership and sales performance awards. Before founding Xsellense, Bill was Director of Sales and Marketing for an early stage software and technology company.

He is a partner of the Program for Sales Excellence at the University of Connecticut School of Business. He is also a frequent speaker on sales and entrepreneurial topics at Eastern Connecticut State University, and the University of Connecticut.

Bill is an active member of the Connecticut Technology Council, the CTC software cluster; and a CT Growth Network Leader. He also is member of the Connecticut Venture Group Triage Committee, and serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Sales Outsourcers and Flytrap Technologies, Inc. Bill is also involved with entrepreneurial and economic development initiatives within the State of Connecticut.

Bill is an avid marathon runner and is also an active youth sports coach and a member of the Glastonbury Education Foundation Board of Directors.  Bill holds a B.A. in English from Eastern Connecticut State University.
